To mark the launch of Where The Beast is Buried Joanna Rajkowska will be in discussion with Sarah McCrory (Glasgow International) and Sebastian Cichocki (Museum of Modern Art, Warsaw)
Where The Beast Is Buried is the first English-language book about Polish artist Joanna Rajkowska and her unique practice of work in public space, in extremely diverse cultures and geographies.
This book explores the processes of public art through stories, essays, interviews and images, giving a dramatic insight into the personal and conceptual roots of Joanna Rajkowska's work.
Where The Beast is Buried is published by Zero Books.

Born in Poland and now based in London, Rajkowska is an artist who works mostly in the public sphere. As part of her widely discussed public projects she produces objects, architectural projects, geological phantasies, excavation sites and ephemeral actions.
