Inas Halabi is an artist working predominantly with film. She holds an MFA from Goldsmiths, University of London and completed the two-year artist residency at De Ateliers in Amsterdam in 2019. She lives and works between Palestine and the Netherlands.

Halabi has participated in biennials internationally including OFF-Biennale Budapest, 2017, and the 13th Sharjah Biennial, Offsite project, Shifting Ground, 2017. She won the 2016 AM Qattan Foundation Young Artist of the Year Award for her video work Mnemosyne, 2016.
From 26 October to 17 December 2022 The Showroom presents We No Longer Prefer Mountains, the first solo exhibition in the UK by Inas Halabi.
We No Longer Prefer Mountains is part of The Consortium Commissions, an initiative of Mophradat. Every two years, Mophradat creates a network of international collaborating partner institutions that collectively select, produce and present ambitious new artworks by artists from the Arab world. The second exhibition of Inas Halabi’s new work will be presented by de Appel, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in Spring 2023.
